<aside> ⚠️ The following guide describes how to achieve the best possible data speeds on Logan Lake.
There are alternative methods that are less expensive and less complicated, which will also improve your internet performance (such as a well-positioned antenna paired with a booster).
However, my aim was to maximize performance, and after a lot of trial & error, I've been able to reliably achieve download speeds over 50 Mbps (maxing at 66.5 Mbps).

This guide is long... so here's a quick "Too Long; Didn't Read" summary:
Sign up for Bell or Rogers, and then locate the best cell towers for your cottage.
Get antennas with the highest dB gain possible. Yagi or Parabolic antennas are best.
You need at least 2 antennas for optimal performance.
Do a site survey to find the best place to install your antenna, and use a signal meter to aim them.
Use the best and shortest cables possible when connecting the antennas to your modem.
Buy an aftermarket hotspot, so you can control which cellular band/frequency you connect to. - WARNING. There are some complexities with this that I've just learned. If you're going to do this, please let me know and I will assist you.
You'll need to change the IMEI number of the device. It's complicated :(
Contact your network provider and give them your IMEI number of your modem.
Setup your modem so it only connects to the strongest cellular band.
Make adjustments as needed!
